Week 1 4HB shopping list

1) Lentil and Escarole soup
  • 1 Carrots
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 celery
  • 6 garlic cloves
  • 1 can diced tomato
  • Fresh parsley
  • 8oz Brown lentils du Puy
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 head Escarole
  • Bay leaves (check)
2) Breakfast food
  • Eggs
  • Can lentils/pinto/red beans/soy beans
  • Spinach
  • Turkey bacon
  • Sausages
  • Protein grab and go drink Myoplex
3) Lunch and Dinner
  • grass fed beef
  • Kale other veggies
  • Asparagus
